Phoenix Suns continue to dominate the NBA in the standings, even with the absence of star point guard Chris Paul.

The season coming down the stretch and the big question is do the Suns begin to rest players to gear up for the playoff run.

This can be a very delicate situation for Head Coach Monty Williams, as he runs the risk of breaking up the momentum and energy the team has built to this point.

Resting players just doesn’t match the Suns DNA of the last two years, the team is playing with a mindset of nothing will stand in our way to get back to the Finals.

After the All-Star break, the Suns have not lost to any teams they shouldn’t lose to, in other words, they have not laid down against lesser teams and have respected every opponent.

They have some letdown within a game, but by the fourth quarter, they turn up to another level and find ways to make the plays necessary to win the game.

Whether the national media take them seriously or not, it’s going to be tough for any team West or East to beat this team four times in a seven-game series.
